  Introduction
  ============

    This contents of this archive will update a working installation of
    HydraBBS V1.10 to V1.11.

    This release adds a new version of HBBSMultiTop - The worlds
    most powerful multi stat generator, it now creates conftop screens!

    It also makes the system more stable, a few minor bugs have been
    fixed in Control, Node, Check_Files and the shared libraries.
