This is a quick and dirty doc file:

Requires:

AmigaOS

Miami v3.0+, AmiTCP 4.2+

Does NOT work with TermiteTCP.  It does not support the required notification
method.

You cannot add yourself new to ICQ with this version.  You still need to sign
up on IBM or Mac.  Preferably Mac.

  o If a user is shown as Offline, but an online message appears from that
    user, the status will change to Invisible

  Bugs:

  o URL Messages and send to browser is totally untested
  o Authorization messages and button are totally untested
  o Offline messages do not seem to be coming in, this could be STRICQ
    or Mirabilis' server, I do not know which
  o Going offline while in a status other than Online then going back
    online will cause the status cycle gadget to reflect the wrong state
