The Author is not responsible for any damges on your Soft- or Hardware which are caused by this Product. 1.2 Hardware requirements ------------------------- DeluxeCopy should do it's work on any Amiga with min. OS2.04 (37.175). 2 diskdrives are necessary to copy with it. 1.3 Why you should use DeluxeCopy --------------------------------- Because there are a lot of Copy Programs around, this point is mainly important. First i must say, that DeluxeCopy isn't the fastest and don't want to be the fastest. DeluxeCopy works together with the trackdisk.device to safe future compatibility. Other Programs of this kind are using rou- tines which take the Hardware directly to improve the speed. This method isn't so future compatibel you know. Is there any Program around which is be able to copy 1760 KB Amiga HD disks ? Deluxecopy don't lock all diskdrives at start time. It lock the drives when the user want to do this. DeluxeCopy is FontAdaptive for those people using a high-resolution graphic adapter. The Program can be used by mouse or by keybourd. It is impossible to copy disks which aren't 100% ok. It is senseless to copy such disks. Because of this there is no Skip function, ok. NOTE: "Copying without verify is like Surfing without a Surfboard !" 1.4 Function overview --------------------- - Start You can start the Copy here ! - Abort With this function you can break the Copy or the AutoMode. - Retry Just to retry an failed read/write. - Leave Drive If you are making several copys at the same time, and an error appears at one Destination drive, with this function you can leave the drive. The copy will then continued with the other drives. - AutoMode With this function you can make one copy after the other. You must only change the disks when the copy is finished, and the next copy will start automaticaly. - Lock Drives If you want to make several copys, it is better to lock the drives. So no requester will appear when you insert a non validated disk. - Verify This can't be disabled ! 1.5 Parameters -------------- It is only possible to set Parameters in the ToolTypes of the Deluxe- Copy Icon on WB. If you start DeluxeCopy from Shell, default Parameters will be used. Settings can only be loaded or saved when DeluxeCopy is started from Workbench. The settings will be saved to the ToolTypes of the DeluxeCopy Icon. PUBSCREEN Here you can enter the Name of the Public Screen on which DeluxeCopy try to open it's Window. Please do changes manualy ! Default: PUBSCREEN=Workbench WINDOWLEFT In this Position you can enter the space between the Left ScreenBorder and the DeluxeCopy Window. Position can be saved ! !!! CENTERSCREEN=YES have higher priority !!! Default: WINDOWLEFT=0 WINDOWTOP In this Position you can enter the space between the Top ScreenBorder and the DeluxeCopy Window. Position can be saved ! !!! CENTERSCREEN=YES have a higher priority !!! Default: WINDOWTOP=0 ZOOMLEFT Here you can enter the space between the Left ScreenBorder and the DeluxeCopy Window (Zoom). Please do changes manualy ! !!! ZOOMSCRBAR=YES have a higher priority !!! Default: ZOOMLEFT=0 ZOOMTOP Here you can enter the space between the Top ScreenBorder and the DeluxeCopy Window (Zoom). Please do changes manualy ! !!! ZOOMSCRBAR=YES have a higher priority !!! Default: ZOOMTOP=0 DF0 Here you can enter the drivestatus of DF0. Three states are possible: Off,Source,Destination State can be saved ! Default: DF0=Off DF1 Here you can enter the drivestatus of DF1. Three states are possible: Off,Source,Destination State can be saved ! Default: DF1=Off DF2 Here you can enter the drivestatus of DF2. Three states are possible: Off,Source,Destination State can be saved ! Default: DF2=Off DF3 Here you can enter the drivestatus of DF3. Three states are possible: Off,Source,Destination State can be saved ! Default: DF3=Off LOCKDRIVES Will lock the selected drives at start time. 2 states are possible: NO,YES Zwei Zustände sind möglich:NO,YES Default: LOCKDRIVES=NO AUTOMODE The Automode will be activated at start time. 2 states are possible:NO,YES Default: AUTOMODE=NO CENTERSCREEN Opens the DeluxeCopy Window centered on the Screen.
