Run Syx 1.1 (or other compatible SYSEX dump program) Select 'REC' in Syx 1.1 Press 'lower function' , 'casette' , '12' on the chroma polaris Save the 121 byte sysex file into the assigned dir "sysex:" In OctaMed Soundstudio, create a new block and run the arexx script SysexToCC_gui.rexx. Follow the on-screen prompts for file selection. For 121 byte sysex dumps, select "ZERO" in the offset requester. This version allows multiple sysex dumps to be placed in a single file. The requester selection "CURSOR" will set the appropriate 121 byte file offset based upon the number of the current line that the tracker editor cursor is on. This creates a track of midi continuous controller data which can be sent to the chroma polaris which will replicate all the slider and button settings of the patch which was captured through SYSEX. These CC commands must be sent at the beginning of a song by placing a note for any of the 16 midi channels at the start of the block, and playing the block. @endnode
