PatchList V1.52 doc:

1. ABOUT
--------

PatchList simply scans the internal lists of patch.library
and prints the following information for each patch:

- the name of the patched library, device or resource
- the Library Offset Vectors (LVO),
- the priority (>0 -> run patch before original
                =0 -> run patch instead of original
		<0 -> run patch after original)
- the type:
    USER:   patch was installed by an application using the library interface
    SYSTEM: patch was installed by PatchSetFunc
- the name of the patch

The C_Source for this lister is supplied.

- Any Amiga with any Kickstart version
- patch.library version 2 or higher
