An attempt to replace Commodore's Icon Edit 3.0.  (AGA not required.)

(Version 1.98 is a minor update to 1.97.)
(Version 1.97 is a major update to 1.90.)

Features 95% of Icon Edit 3.0's abilities PLUS:
  Fully resizable windows with custom font size support
  Palette control over 256 colors, locking of pens, and support program
  Multiple undos
  Beveled box drawing tool
  Font and text support, including outline, shadow, and beveled text
  Saves icons either with x number of planes, or force to 8 plane depth
  Cut and Paste brushes with many operators and modes
  Remapping of Datatypes, with 2 types of optional scaling (thumbnails)
  Locale
  16 levels of magnification
  Autoclipping of saved icons sizes (optional)
  Simple doubling, halving and flipping
  Recolors 1.3<->2.0 and 3plane<->8plane (Authors of MagicWB-type icons)
  Snapshot window positions and sizes

ShoveColors:
  Sets the Workbench screen colors using IFF CMAP (palette) file.
  Locks custom colors if palette file was saved from within Iconian.

3-2-8:
  Places appicon on Workbench.
  Remaps  dropped  icons from 3 planes (3.0) to 8 planes (MagicWB style)
    and vice-versa.

This  version  of  Iconian  will  only allow icons upto 150x100 in size.
Also,  only 4 levels of undo are available.  An annoyance requester will
appear  only  once,  when  first run.  All other features are untouched.
(Registered users may use their .keyfiles to unlock a full version.)

1.98 is a minor update from 1.97.

  Palette window works correctly under Kickstart 3.1.
  Double brush sizes are now implemented.
  Icon image path name upon startup from Workbench fixed.
  Chunky mode icon saving.  (Should help when saving icons on Picasso?)
  4k smaller. (A big difference when it's 148k to begin with...not)
