  Description
  ~~~~~~~~~~~
  SQMotion_Blur.svoperator is an external SV_GfxBuffer modification module
  for superview.library.

  This  operator is another kind of blur, however this one looks a bit like
  a motion blur.

  ***NOTE:  This  operator will only work on a 24 bit buffer. This is not a
  major  problem  as you can apply the AnyTo24Bit.svoperator first and then
  apply this operator quite successfully.

  ControlPad-Commands : - PERCENTAGE=<1..100>
                          ; This the percentage of motio blur to be applied.

                          ; this operator to a rectangular region of the
                          ; image.
                        - LEFTEDGE=<Value>
                          ; crop from x position
                          ; (will be adjusted, if >= source width)
                        - TOPEDGE=<Value>
                          ; crop from y position
                          ; (will be adjusted, if >= source height)
                        - WIDTH=<Value>
                          ; crop how many x pixels from leftedge
                          ; (will be adjusted, if too large)
                        - HEIGHT=<Value>
                          ; crop how many y pixels from topedge
                          ; (will be adjusted, if too large)
