€€ 23RD August 1990 CHANNELLING BY KAREN When you were in your mothers womb, you felt smothered. It took several years for the mucous to work out of your system. The insight is that when the sinuses are really bad, there is a tendency to have them really congested. Just have a look at what's happening around you; what's smothering you, where you're feeling smothered, how you're feeling smothered. Then come to terms with that. Get in touch with it, then release the conditions and situations around you. Then your sinuses will clear up really quickly. It's not allergy related. Not at all. It is definitely a suppression, a feeling of being smothered and suffocated. I JUST HAD THE PROBLEM TODAY. Well get in touch with it. Have a look at what's going on. Where you feel that perhaps you're being held back or, of course it may not be in the immediate now that the problem is, but it may be a couple of days before hand when the actual condition is coming forth now. But if you like to programme it and write it down and record it, you'll see a pattern evolving from it. I've just been given the nod that that's all that needs to be done. There's another one coming through that the colour green at the moment is a colour that you need to avoid. It's totally incompatible at the moment with your vibration. So you will need to avoid it as much as possible. There are phases we all go through where some colours are not compatible as others. Some of us have the awareness. And the insight is to be in touch with this. Others are not. And at the moment and probably for the next 2 to 3 months, green is a colour you need to stay away from. Green is a grounding colour for you and it will hold you down. And so if you are trying to get insight, or meditating with green around you, it will hold you down, hold you back. THAT'S INTERESTING. A good colour for you at the moment is blue and a little black apparently. I'm being told , when you go to meditate, that, for you to meditate in blue and white, because white will be enhancing the vibration of the White Light itself and blue will bring in the healing and the higher consciousness into the aura, and you will find that your meditative state will be far more powerful than it already is. I can actually see you in blue and white, all covered in blue and white. White mainly on the lower half and blue on the top half. And I'm being told also that if you don't have anything that's white, that just to either sit on or just wrap around your shoulders a white sheet. I HAVE A BLUE AND WHITE PONCHO. There's a big white indian there at the moment at you're right hand side standing behind you, and he's probably a good eight feet tall. He's very big, and a head dress on and he's got his arms folded and just shaking the head and just saying that you're not utilizing you're healing ability. That there's alot of workÜtÜ for you to do out there, and you're really needing to utilize the power and the energy that you have in the form of healing. That there may be times when you're feeling that you're not accomplishing anything, but the energy that comes through you, transforms through and into other people is healing indeed. And even though you may not be feeling as such, people themselves will notice great changes. And you are really needing to do alot more with your healing and all you got to do is ask for the guidance. If you're a little bit unsure or you're not certain, you just got to ask that the guidance and the wisdom be given to you so you can channel through with love into this vessel or into this being, and that the healing energies may be taken to the part of the body that needs to be healed. The part of the body meaning not just the physical. Whether it be the physical, the emotional, the spiritual level or what ever level that being needs the healing, those energies be given direct to those areas. You tend to think that when you're healing, you're healing more on the spiritual level, and rightly so. But you're also healing the other aspects of the being too, and so therefor with thought form pattern, you can direct the healing to all relative aspects of that being, rather than just working on the spiritual aspect, which is where you have a natural tendency to want to work. But if the physical vessel is cracked and broken, then the spiritual vessel cannot gain strength, and so the two need to create a wholeness and a oneness. And so with the spiritual healing, that can only develop to the extent of the physical vessel, and so if the physical vessel is weak, then so will be the spiritual vessel because it can't maintain the energy level to the extent and to the degree that's required to create harmony and oneness in that being. And so therefor, rather than just minimize your healing abilities and centering them on one little aspect of the being, bring it more into the totality of that being, so that you're creating a oneness for that being. Refilling the physical vessel with the wholeness of the spiritual essence of the person, of the being. And you can do this through the laying on of the hands or the using of your thought form to manifest into that physical being the necessary changes that need to take place. You see yourself as someİone who has very little to offer, and while you maintain that aspect of self, you will remain in that realm, within those boundaries of self limitation. When you can see yourself as worthy of having something to offer, that's when you'll move beyond the limitations you have set before yourself. And whilst you're working in that limitation, you make it very difficult for us to contact and keep contact, and maintain contact. For the vibrations and energies that emanate from your spiritual essence is being held back by your mental projection of limitation. And it is very important to realize that God chooses his vessels very carefully, and to even to have been chosen as a vessel is certainly no minor limitation at all. Rather the greater limitation where you've been chosen to work in The Light, and so therefore that in itself is a worthy project to follow through. And so you have a great deal to offer to fellow humans in this lifetime. And for whatever gifts you have, which are many, they cannot be developed to their full potential until you are ready to move beyond the old limitations. And so once again, you need to see yourself as worthy, worthy of carrying on God's will. And God's will for you is to heal. And so there are many such of in the universe today, andÜtÜ many of them carry different gifts and talents, and so it must be. We cannot all be the same, for we would be vibrating at the same energy. We must be different. Each and every one of us is different with our talents and our gifts. And some will prosper from them, and some will learn from them. And all those lessons of truth will create within you the inner strength and the knowledge to carry forth and work that you've set out to do. And you have come into this lifetime to create and fulfil this aspect of your spiritual growth. You're needing to work with The Light because this is a very important lifetime indeed for you. For there are many things that you will need to know and understand to take you forward in strength and harmony with the Higher Being. And there are many out there who wait to help you and guide you, and there is much work for you to do within yourself. IT'S KNOWING WHERE TO START. Every time one meditates and one thinks of the Higher Beings of the Christ Light is a start. And the starting point is just only a thought that emanates and radiates on the higher planes of the consciousness. It's being able to keep in touch with that, and to work with that, and realizing that spirit is very much aware of the processes of life that you're going through on this earth plane. And so one will never be given more than one can deal with at one time. And so being very much aware that you have responsibilities at the present time, there is still much work and growth that can be accomplished without setting limitations on oneself. One needs to realize the fears and be in touch with the fears that tends to hold one back. And you worry about the discipline of opening up and starting, and being consumed totally by the work. But dear one, we need to remind you that the work will be in harmony with the responsibilities you already have. And so by opening up, you will not be consumed by it, but rather directed by it. For in the opening up process, the direction will be there, and you will be guided by much love. And so once again, we see you setting limitations that: cannot do this at this present time because.... And when you've worked with this one there's then another one that says: I cannot work with this because..... For my child, the bridges must fall eventually and the stepping stones will be going forth forever more, and surely one must tire eventually of treading on stones that lead nowhere. And so we bring you this insight to allow you to realize that to obtain wisdom, one must have the faith and the belief in one's ability to be the control. And you are that control, and you always will be that control. But we are also very much aware of your limitations. More so than you. And so we ask you to come forth in The Light and remove the blocks, realizing, that once again you are only ever be given what is right at the time to deal with. Do you understand? YES I DO UNDERSTAND. THANKYOU. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ABOUT AN EXPERIENCE I HAD A COUPLE OF TIMES WHERE I'VE WATCHED SOMETHING ON TELEVISION ON SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE DEVIL OR SOMETHING ASSOCIATED WITH HIM, AND I HAVE A WISP OF A SMELL AND AN INSTANT FEELING OF REPULSION, AND IT'S LIKE SOMETHING I WANT TO GRASP BUT IT'S GONE. IT'S LIKE A RECALL OF SOMETHING. Are you asking us to recounter and recollect for you what it isÜtÜ that you need to know? YES I AM. We see it very clear my child. The very instance you recollect. And yes, there is a connection within. The devil or satan for you as you foresee such, is once again a limitation. And yes, there are those beings of a higher realm, and those beings of a not so higher realm. And it's the beings of the not so higher realm that earthlings and people of today foresee as satan or the devil. And there are many such devils in these spheres at present. But for you, the experience was one that cost you your life. For in reality it was not your issue, rather that of someİone you dearly loved and trusted. And that person was attacked by such evil, and you interfered and prayed for such. In which case you took on the burden of that soul. And the smell is that of your own being burning, and the memory still lives on. And though it is one of sadness and darkness, it will help you understand the fears and the trepidation of the satan you read about today. For you the experience is not a pleasant one and that memory is still very much in your soul, in the depths of the memory. And this also manifests in you the tendency in this lifetime to hold back. And rather than make a true commitment emotionally, one holds back with the memory once again of pain of losing someİone that you have become at one with. But my child, it was ordained this would be. For once again you had chosen before you had reincarnated into that lifetime. And the lesson was one to realize that to love and protect all that is and all that you are and all that you have become, is the totality of the oneness that we all strive for. And this is why we choose to reincarnate time and time again, to be able to obtain that oneness. THANKYOU. There are more questions are there not? YES. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT CONNECTION I HAVE WITH MY MOTHER. I HAD A DREAM ONCE WHERE I CONFRONTED EVIL. I FELT LIKE WE BECAME ONE AND THE SAME PERSON. I JUST FEEL THAT WE GO BACK A LONG WAY. I WAS WONDERING IF I WAS RIGHT? Yes indeed, you and your mother are cast as one, and the link goes back many lifetimes prior to this. But be this the first lifetime ye have shared for many thousands of lifetimes. And ye have been brothers, and you have been father and son, and you have just been friends. But this is the first time you have both incarnated in female. And there are many lessons for both of you to work and understand the feminine energies. For you both work very much in the masculine and it has been in this lifetime where both need to reawaken the femininity and the feminine energies. For that is one of the main lessons in this lifetime you have chosen: to be able to work with the power and the intuition, and the understanding, the creativity and have the acceptance with all of these as female. For you my child, there is still much time where you can accomplish this. But for thy mother, she needs great direction and understanding, for she fears her own femininity. For when she was that feminine self, it created much pain and misunderstanding, and the vulnerability which at the time she found difficult to control. And so she hasÜtÜ chosen very much now to work with the masculine as her sought and form of survival. And be it not this way, for she will soften and feel good once again, realizing that the feminine energies are strong indeed and one can work with the integration of both to create peace and harmony within oneself. And the same be for you my child. Where one has been soft and warm and caring and understanding, one has been taken advantage of. And because of the pains one has experienced, has chosen to withdraw and create the barrier of protection. And so one of the keys is to bring down that barrier and work more with oneself in feminine form. And there have been many lifetimes for the two of you. Some happy, some not so happy. And in this lifetime there is much for the both of you to experience, for this is being done already. For through your healing touch, you are bringing insight and softness and understanding to the other. And through her knowledge of sound and vibration, she brings and creates to you the vibration that allows you to become in touch with your own creativity. And so you have both chosen well for one to compliment the other. THANKYOU. I WOULD LIKE ALSO TO ASK ABOUT NUCLEAR WAR, THE POSSIBILITY OF IT HAPPENING. IF IT DID COME TO THE POINT OF NUCLEAR WAR, WOULD THERE BE INTERVENTION IN STOPPING IT? The intervention as we see it, will be many explosions. And this is why the preparation takes place on this earth plane as we sit here and speak right now. Man has condemned man for long enough, and for man to stand and take notice, there has to be explosions. And whoİever instigates such warfare, does so in some way under direction and guidance. Even though he be the evil party, he has come down and chosen this path knowing full well his role to play. But man has become very greedy and obsessed with their own power, and that power is being used selfishly and to destroy other human lives. For there is much poverty and when man can learn to live as one, then there will be peace reigned forever in all dimensions. And as we see it, the earth plane is a very young dimension and the growth needs to be accelerated so we can move beyond this dimension. And the only intervention that will take place, will be those that have prepared will be able to bring forth enough power to alter the vibration to bring forth the cessation of war. But before peace can reign on the earth planet, there will be many explosions. And not just in the form of war, but many natural disasters will intervene and follow. For to raise the vibrations of such planets, one can only have the inhabitants of the higher being and the higher consciousness. And so this must be. THANKYOU. I'D ALSO LIKE TO KNOW MY CONNECTION WITH A FELLOW. I'VE HAD DREAMS WHERE WE SEEM TO MEET AND SAY HELLO, HOW ARE YOU GOING? I HAD MUCH FEELING FOR THIS FELLOW EARLIER IN MY LIFE AND FEEL AS THOUGH THERE IS SOME CONNECTION THERE. I WAS WONDERING WHAT IT WAS? You know my child, the connection. We have experienced it many times before. You are indeed a soul connection. We don't say a soul mate, but a soul connection. And though the soul connection is there, you have only ever experienced a soul relationship. There has never been a life where both of you have incarnated in physical form. It has always been a sharing of the souls that youÜtÜ have experienced. And it's via the dream form, the astral form that you can make that contact, and it's through the soul contact that you can gain strength from each other. And it's the coming together of two souls that creates strength in the one. And even though you have had many relationships and been brought together many times, you have never shared a lifetime together. There have been strong yearnings to do so, and there have been some times when you spent some time together in different lifetimes, but it is through the purity of the souls that attracts. And you are soul brothers indeed. THANKYOU. WITH MY MUSIC, WHAT AREA WILL BE THE STRONGEST PART FOR ME? WILL IT BE CHANNELLING MUSIC OR IS IT JUST TRADITIONAL MUSIC I'LL BE GOING INTO? The music brings about for you divine inspiration. The music is more for yourself rather than for others to enjoy and explore. Because through music, you will receive much inspiration and it's through the playing of music that creates your greatest relaxation, which then allows us, the higher beings to make contact. And it is through this divine opening that you will receive wondrous inspiration for self and for others. And we see it not so much as a thing to share or to earn a living by, but rather as inspiration for self. For there will be many answers for you whilst sitting at the keyboard. THANKYOU. I HAVE ONE LAST QUESTION THAT'S ABOUT MY FATHER. I'D LIKE TO KNOW MY CONNECTION WITH HIM AND WHETHER HE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN CAUSING ME TO HAEMORRHAGE WHEN I WAS CARRYING AMANDA IN THE WOMB. Do you see this as such, my child? I HAVE NOT BEEN 100% SURE BUT I FELT IT WAS THAT WAY. You need to look within to find this answer my child, for this connection is indeed a strong one. It is also a karmic one. And where we can give you direction and love, we cannot interfere with your path of karma, and you will understand this. This is indeed a lesson my child, that you need to work with and understand, and you need to go within. And what we say to you is, what feels right from the heart is always true. And so, if you can open your heart and direct the love to this being, then you'll receive the love and the answers you desire, and accepting the grace that they have given. You need no question or even try to understand, but just accept. For in the acceptance you will heal many wounds indeed. And it be it no a problem now in that the deed has been cast. It is over. And forgiveness must take place and heal thy heart, for thy heart aches at times with such sorrows and heavy burdens that one tends to carry. This man you see as your earthly father, is a man with many lessons to learn. He has taken many a wrong path, but realizes that present time is short, and is hesitant at which road to take now. And so if you just send him love and seal him in the White Light, it will help to give him strength to make the right choice. We cannot give you much more than this my child, even though we see you hunger for more knowledge and understanding. But this is an issue that is extremely karmic, and it is an issue that you must learn to solve within yourself. And we need for you to know that we are alwaysÜtÜ there ready to offer comfort and support whereİever we can. For this has been a very big lesson for all concerned, and it continues to be a lesson. And some will learn and some will not. And so draw on this Triad of strength and support that we offer, for it is yours eternally in this life and evermore.
