CrunchyDat
~~~~~~~~~~

CrunchyDat is another executable file-packer on the amiga. It is similar
to the StoneCracker by J. Korhonen. The algorythm is a mixture of the
StoneCracker and the Rob Northern Pro Pack, which is often used by soft-
ware companies like: Bitmap Brothers, Team 17 etc...

After months of testing we think this is the best packer for executable
files available on the Amiga computer.

System Requirements

To use this cruncher you should/must have:

- OS 2.0 or higher
- Harddisk
- 2 MB Ram
- Fast Processor (020 and higher)
- MWarp.font in your Fonts: directory (Included)

Using
~~~~~
- Start CrunchyDat by clicking on its icon. (or via CLI)

Now, you can choose between 4 Buttons:

o About
o Quit
o Load&Crunch
o Preferences

    About
    ~~~~~
    Opens a little Requester which tells you something about the
    programm.

    Quit
    ~~~~
    Quits the programm.

    Load&Crunch
    ~~~~~~~~~~~
    A File-Request-Window appeares. Now choose which file you like
    to crunch.
    (The window flushes between different colors while crunching...)

    Please NOTE that the choosen file will be overwritten with the
    crunched one.

    Preferences
    ~~~~~~~~~~~
    Here you can choose the decrunch-color.

     - Color0: The background will flush while decrunching ($dff180)
     - Color1: The foreground will flush while decrunching ($dff182)
     - Pointer: The pointer will flush while decrunching ($dff1a2)
     - Screenflip: The screen will flip while decrunching ($dff102)
     - Nothing: :-) -> nothing will happen while decrunching.


Note that file called: "Ram:Crunchmodule" will be created if you start
CrunchyDat. This is the crunchmodule and will be deleted after quitting
the programm. -> so do not care!

We are a programmer-team from Germany who want to support the amiga with
QUALITY freeware programms.
As you can see by our FIRST product, we take this as an aim.
