It just came to my (RADAVI) attention that the group EFFECT released an
intro at BIZARRE'96.
Out of six entries it became 3rd, and quite frankly I disagree with this.
The intro should have been DISQUALIFIED because it has got some very
offending things in it.
It has texts in it that could be interpreted as if the makers of the intro
think it is fun what happend to the 'Belgium-porno-story'.

I would just like to say that the intro is NOT considered as an EFFECT
intro because: 1. I was never informed of this release
               2. It has got some pretty offending stuff in them.
Furthermore I would like to say that the makers of the intro have been
KICKED out of EFFECT (mainly) because of the release of this thing.

We are a friendly group, and doing things like this is in my eyes NOT
considered as friendly, this is just SICK.
I as a leader am not alone in this decision, and I think more people would
have done the same thing (and if they would not have, they SHOULD have).

Final saying: sysops, if you see the effect bizarre intro somewhere, nuke
it about 1000 times).
