It has come about after lengthy thought, the decision has not been easy but I feel it must be done. The reasons behind me quitting are as follows : 1. Over the past few months I have been becoming increasingly disillusioned with the way the Amiga scene is going both at the UK and abroad. 2. The group I am leader of, Ultima, has been stagnating for a while and I have lost the energy to manage a group effectively. 3. I am physically and mentally exhausted and need time to take stock of which direction my life isgoing. 4. The motivation is gone. The fire has died. I will not return to the scene in any way, shape or form. If any of you want to leave me a message, leave it with one of the following respected guys who will pass it on to me : Cyber Zoltrix Jr Gizmo I do not feel as though I know anyone else well enough as a TRUE FRIEND to be able to trust them this way. I don't want to make this a long text, I would hope that my actions in the scene have said enough on my part. In my view the scene is full of lamers now. It is so easy to buy a cheap V34 modem and start trading. It is easy to trade but true friendship is what matters. True ELITE is not based on how much you can trade in a week, or how fast your board is. ELITE is friendship and nothing more. I really enjoyed my time as Ultima leader, Ultima will live on with Gizmo as leader so e-mail him at gizmo@ultima.enta.net So if you have any queries about Ultima now, please contact Gizmo. I would also like to thank Jr and the guys in Data Division for my stay there as a trader. It was fun.
