This archive contains only ID2 executable file.

	(v2.4.1 was internal beta for testers)

	It is very strongly recommended to download the whole
	Image Descriptor 2.4 archive first and after succesful
	installation replace only main program executable.

	Changes from version 2.4:

	- small code fixes. in some cases the program shows
	  message that it is unable to open asl.library v38 
	  even which asl v44+ which was ofcourse an absurd.

	  this bug was not caused by asl.library. the program
	  was unable to open splash window and go panic.

	  FIXED.

	- removed bug which caused to put wrong path in file 
	  requester when the file was dropped on ID2 window

	- added Search&Replace in Rename Files group.
	  this allows you to rename only a part of filename.

	  example:

	  filename: 		Super_collection_Picture_01.jpg
	  search for:		Super_collection_Picture
	  replace with:		Picture
	  result:		Picture_01.jpg  

	  this is useful when downloading pictures from 
	  newsgroups where filenames are sometimes very
	  long.

	  NOTE: the Search&Replace rutine is case SENSITIVE.

	- few cosmetic changes to HTML creation. the page looks 
	  a little nicer now.

	- added "website" in help menu. as in some previous
	  versions of ID2 a web browser will be called
	  (via openurl.library) and pointed to the program's
	  website.

	- few internal changes.
