This patch adds shadows or outlines to your window titles. It works happily
alongside VisualPrefs, Birdie, and OS3.9. Coded in 100% Asm.

This software BETA. It works fine here, but it is a big fat hairy kludge, so
your mileage may vary. Please e-mail me any problems you find. YOU USE THIS
PATCH AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The revision has been bumped from 0.3 to 0.9 because this WAS going to be
the full version 1.0, but it really hasn't had enough testing to be considered
non-beta, plus the fact that it is missing a proper icon for the prefs editor,
an install script and a finished .guide file (all of which are planned for
1.0). Volunteers to write an install script, draw an icon and write a better
guide would be VERY much appreciated, but email me FIRST so I don't end up with
multiple guides and install scripts :)

KNOWN PROBLEMS WITH THIS RELEASE

  * Prefs editor cannot detect inactive pen colours set within VisualPrefs.
The preview in the editor in this case is wrong, but it will look fine
    on the actual window titles.
  * Custom pens can look wrong on pubscreens other than the default. I plan
to add different settings for each pubscreen in the future.
  * When you change the settings in the prefs editor and click "Use", "Save",
or "Test", the windows only change to the new settings when you activate,
move, or otherwise cause them to be refreshed.

CHANGES SINCE 0.9

  * Added a workaround to avoid a bug with AWeb. This bug caused the contents
of the website window to be erased until you resized or scrolled the AWeb
window. I know why this bug happens, and I will try and fix it properly in
time for the full 1.0 release.

CHANGES SINCE 0.3

  * Should now actually run under Kickstart 2.0, although whether it actually works
    on 2.0 I really don't know...
  * Added the ability to have different options for active and inactive windows
  * Added the ability to have different text pens for active and inactive windows
  * You can now selectively patch any pubscreen you like
  * Added a Preferences editor
  * Removed VisualPrefs GUI patch because it didn't work properly
  * Removed command line options, use the prefs editor
  * You can now remove titleshadow, as long as no conflicting patches
are run after it (titleshadow can detect this and will warn you if
you try to quit it in these circumstances)

CHANGES SINCE 0.2

  * Now you can set an alternative pen for windowtitles which are rendered
in the same colour as the shadoweffect

  * You can now change TitleShadow settings without rebooting :)

CHANGES SINCE 0.1

  * Now you can optionally patch the VisualPrefs GUI to show
    previews with titleshadows.

  * Added a new "big shadow" option for people who want funkier
    window titles :)
