Dieses Programm ist ein Ersatz für das original Prefs-Programm des
translator.library V42+. Das Programm bietet gegenüber dem original Zwei
zusätzliche Funktionen.

    1. Locale.library Unterstützung   
    2. narrator.device Unterstützung
        - Sprachausgabe
        - verändern der Sprachparameter möglich

Hinweis: Das Programm funktioniert auch dann wenn kein narrator.decice
         installiert ist. Die betrefenden Funktionen werden dann einfach
         deaktiviert.

    - Fontsensiebles GUI.
    - Narrator Einstellungen können nun gesichert werden
    - kleine Bugs beseitigt

    - minimale Änderung in der GUI Anordnung.
      Somit läst sich das Programm nun auch bei einer Bildschirmauflösung
