I wanted to play Quake VERSUS mode using a null-modem cable
between my Amiga and my PC, so I had to search the way, and found
it! It works fine, and allows you to set up a TCP/IP connection
between Amiga and PC using a serial null-modem cable. You
can use the PC as proxy and connect both computers to Internet
(Good if you have ISDN or cable connection in the PC)
I've included the text file, the NULL-MODEM .INF file for Windows,
	and Miami.default file for Amiga.

Update: Some people reported me that, when successfully connected
Amiga and Windows, they cannot connect to Internet using the PC,
as the Dial-Up adapter was already in use. I've added the info
of how to upgrade to latest Dial-Up that allows to do this.
Thanks to Pedro Duarte for the tip.
