Version: 1.55 (Prefs-Ed v2.55) Type: util/time This is a program that is extraordinary if you allways forget about things when you sit with your computer! There are seven different remind-types: Singel-, Daily-, Weekly-, Monthly-, Yearly-, "A number of days"- and "Time-interval"-remind! And a string of 70 chars where you can write what to be reminded for. All remind-types each has some unique features too! Changes and news: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * NEW * Now you can edit the date, time and remind-string directly from DRemind without starting DRemindPrefs! Just doubleclick on a column in the lister. * NEW * Now you will see the weekday for all reminds that uses date with day, month and possibly year when editing dates in DRemindPrefs! * NEW * Aldo Bianchi has been very kind and made some nice MagicWB and OS3.5 GlowIcons for DRemind and it's prefseditor! * NEW * There has been a bugfix for Greve Axel's MRemind-GUI for MicroReminder! v1.54b ** Now there are 2 more nice DRemind.image's; "NewHand B&W", a 4 colour black and white hand and "NewHand Red", the same hand but with a red knot around the finger instead of black and white. These hands look nothing like the old ugly hand. ** Added a Cancel option in the popup lister for picking a time when making a temporary remind. Good if you keep the DRemind window at the bottom of the screen and therefor cannot reach the popup button to close the lister.. v1.54a * Fixed a serious bug a user reported which caused the GUI to stop respond if the file DRemind.temps (for temp- reminds) existed! * Now DRemind doesn't autosave when you delete a remind directly from DRemind's info-window. * MicroReminder is back, and now with a nice little arexx GUI made by Axel Greve! * MicroReminder has been made fontsentitive and should now fit in highend hacked systems as well :-) v1.54 * Localization has been changed in some parts so that it will look good in all languages. ! And with this comes MANY new GUI-features and settings! * You can execute an Arexx-command as a remind! * You can use the menu item "Disable" to pause DRemind! * You can select delay for temporary reminds much easier! * DRemind has goodie-support which means that you can have small special programs to automatically remind you about major happenings around the year, like christmas! * You can temporary transform a "Remind on startup"-remind to a "Remind ONCE"-remind! This is done by in the original remind-window by closing the window by clicking on the actual remind-text. In the "system-like" requester an additional button is available. * It's possible to choose between 4 different date-modes: dd-mmm-(yy)yy, dd-mm-(yy)yy, mm-dd-(yy)yy and (yy)yy-mm-dd! * You are now able to switch between real time (or so called "military" time) and 12-hour clock with AM/PM! * If you have a remind to start at startup you can set if it only should popup before or after a certain time! * The yearly-remind has now an option to set an extra remind a number of days before or after the actual remind. So one wouldn't forget to f.ex. buy presents in time for a birthday or so! * You can now select between three different ways of putting up the remind: Extended - The original remind with "See you tomorrow.." and all the other kind of pointless lines. Normal - This only tells you what type of remind, date, time and ofcourse the remind.
