This patch applies to "Mighty Bombjack" (c) 1990 Elite.
Thanks to Juergen Urbanek for the original.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Slave requires WHDLoad V10+.
- Game requires 0.5Mb chip mem (+0.7Mb other memory for preload option)

FEATURES:
- Full load from HD
- Blitter waits inserted
- Long delays for title pictures reduced, also added ButtonWait tooltype 
  for all 3 intro pictures
- RomIcon and NewIcon (created by me!) plus 2 ColorIcons (thanks
  to Dr.Zarkov for creating these!)
- Quit option (default key is '*' on keypad)
- Help to toggle trainer (infinite lives, time and M's)
