LimitWhite is a small utility to limit the maximum brightness of white
on displayed screens. Colours of RGB $FFFFFF can produce problems with
built-in EMC noise suppression circuits, leading to colour flickering
and, after a while, crashes.

There are HW fixes available, but some people (me included ;-) don't
like doing Amiga open surgery. So here's the easy solution.

All the source (compiled with Storm C) is included for you to play
around with.
