 ILBM/ANIM Viewers are now selected from inside StarBase, not at startup.
 Background Sound On/Off option added.
 Checks for a LF at the end of the Text file to prevent memory overflow.
 Plus some other tweaks and code cleanup/removal.
 No longer needs the ReqTools.library.

 This program was designed to display my Star Trek Episode Guide, but it can
 be used for a wide range of other uses, magazines, encyclopedia, etc.


 Some of the Features

 8 - 256 colours. Picture, Animation, Sample and Module for each entry.
 Entry linking buttons. Normal and Deep search.


 From Version 3.2+
 -----------------
 If you already have a previous version of this program installed, you must
 copy the "Data/Settings" drawer - and its contents - from this archive into
 your "Data" drawer as all of the settings files and the program files have
 been moved to here.

 Delete all of the "ENVARC:SB_CLI_????" and "S:SB_CLI_????.prefs" files.
