This tool writes predefined filecomments to pictures (other
files, too). It scans an ASCII-database and uses the full
description for the image instead of a too short (M$-DOS) filename.

So 'smpc012.gif' gets the filecomment 'Sailor-Moon Picture Cards #12'

Especially written for all my beloved Manga-images on my HD, but it
is also usable with other picture-series.
And ... this is a completely new version. ^_^

New Features:

 - Shrunken executable ! Thanks to AmigaE, this version is *much*
   faster and smaller than the previous (1.5) release.

 - No predefined database anymore ! Use different databases for
   different needs. Included optimized databases are:
    - Mangas.cfg (Manga-images)
    - Idols.cfg (Japanese Model-Idols)

 - Database use DOS-Wilcards now !
