ADDED DEFAULTPATH tooltype
ADDED ACCUPAK mode for CinePak/Indeo playback. 
(now 640x480 24bit CinePak playback possible @ 55FPS on my 
060/50+PicassoIV (Z3 mode) combo w. AccuPak option... try to beat ;)
