This was reviewed in AF 103 Reader GAmes. The verdict was quite good.

This is a 2player only game with music by Erasure (sort of!) and you
have to control a spacecraft, as does the other player. These tanks
can only move up and down a set area, and you just fire lasers at
each other until the other dies. This leads to cool dodge/fire action
and can really get quite heated.

Shoot Out 2 is a LOT better than this. it's in the same place as this
only the archive is called so2.lha
