ArexxGuide online help for CygnusEd v3.5+

Press a key and the script will search ArexxGuide for the node
corresponding to the word under the cursor and show it on CygnusEd's
public screen (Or another public screen).

In addition to ArexxGuide arx_help.ced will also search any other
crossreference (xref) files that you have installed. So you can also get
online help for other Arexx function libraries or use it as a simple
AutoDoc lookup tool.

Arx_help.ced is also capable of finding function names when they have an
alias. Eg: The functions from rmh.library - if you want help for the alias
"rmh_readargs()" arx_help.ced will display the correct node, "readargs()"


4.0 - Major rewrite. Sort of a 'back to basics' release :-) 

      No longer uses any external Amigaguide viewers. Node is displayed
      using shownode(). 

      No more messing with ArexxGuide env vars.

      Added support for alias'ed function names (Eg: rmh_readargs() ->
      readargs().

      Added xrefdir for easy organization of xref files.

      Added support for CED leaveroom command.

      Added rmh.library xref file.
             
      Rewrote/reorganized parts of the guide file.

      Reworked xref files.
