  NEXT is a fast and compact text viewer, written in assembly.
  It displays all kinds of files including binaries, crunched and
  archived files. OS 2+ required.

  + New option RIGHT places the scrollgadget in the right border of the
    main window.
  ^ Better compability with urouhack and similar hacks.
  ^ XPM pictures are now displayed in datatype mode, formerly misunderstood
    as text files.
  * The maximal value for ROWS has been increased from 105 to 126.
  * Hint: UnZip 5.12 crashes if made resident (reported by Gustavo Gomez).
    I recommend UnZip 5.30 which works without problems.
  - BUG: Option CENTER worked only when typed on the command line, not in
    next.prefs. Fixed.
  - BUG: Correct title of the help window had been "optimized" off.
