A program to drag and resize window before opening it.
Can be used with any program which takes its x/y and
width/height ( LEFT/N,TOP/N,WIDTH/N,HEIGHT/N )
coords from the command line or from tooltypes.

Now all MUI programs can be dragged/sized.

Added a shadow to the coords window.
Littering fixed.
