What do I need to run this useless little proggy?:
  - an Amiga or Amiga emulator ;)

What is it??
  - Well, it makes your window borders fading from dark-blue to
    light-blue and vice versa. Nothing else.

How do I make use of this???
  - Just copy it to your c directory and add a line to your 
    user-startup, e.g.:
    run >NIL: c:WBPal
  - Or create an icon for it and put it to your WBStartup drawer.

Anything else????
  - Write to me if you use it longer than two days :)
