  TTManager offers vastly improved tooltype, and file attribute, manipulation
than provided by Workbench's standard icon information requester.

New:
  - CASCADEX and CASCADEY startup options for window tiling.
  - Support for Multi User File System's protection bits.
  - Snapshot menu item for saving the window's size and position.
  - User-definable Default Tool menu.
  - The file requester no longer expands assigns to their full paths.
