PatchStack V1.1

Here are some good reasons to use PatchStack:
 - Programm is shorter than XXXPatch (592 Bytes)
 - The Name of the TaskName is an Argument
 - The new StackSize is an Argument
 - Calls CacheClearU before/after setting the new Stack
 - Has a QUIET Option, which really prints out nothing. ;->
 - Sets the Returnvalue
 - is pure and can be made resident.

Needs exec.lib V39+
