Kurz: I2H konvertiert ISO Latin1 in HTML
This little tool converts any ISO Latin 1 character >127 to HTML-entities.
It supports patternmatching, writebuffering and a backupsystem; any
non-text-characters will be suppressed (even CRs from the PeeCee).

Es unterstützt Patternmatching, Writebuffering und ein Sicherungssystem;
jeder nicht anzeigbare Buchstabe wird unterdrückt (auch die läßtigen CRs
der PeeCees).
