Short: MP3 Doctor v1.00b (2/9-1998) Uploader: morgan.johansson@mbox301.swipnet.se (Morgan) Type: mus/misc MP3 Doctor v1.00b ----------------- 68k assembly code by: Morgan Johansson Based on the "UnCook" program from the PC that was created by John Tesoriero. Remember, you use this program at your own risk and you cannot blame me for possible damaged MP3's or similar. What is this? ------------- Have you ever discovered that your MP3's that you've just downloaded from the web sounded weird and strange? If so, MP3 Doctor may be the program you've been looking for. "Weird" MP3's may be caused by not a 100% correctly configurated http-server and MP3 Doctor may fix this. Please read the "DO NOT" section before using this tool! Requirements: ------------- * MC68020 * Reqtools.library Usage: ------ First select the source-MP3 that sounds weird. Then select a destination filename (do NOT use the source-name!). The conversion will start and after a few seconds it's finished! Notice that MP3 Doctor should ONLY be used on "weird sounding" MP3's. If you use this program on already "good" MP3's, you will for sure damage the MP3! Notice that I do NOT claim that my utility will fix your "weird"- MP3's. But it MAY fix the problem. DO NOT: ------- * DO NOT use same filename as source/destination!!! Bugs: ----- This is a beta-release and there are probably bugs. Don't hesitate to report bugs and other ideas to me!
