Short:    ProTracker3.62 XPK fix

I  found  small bug in ProTracker 3.62 (PT).  Due to new preferences system
of  XPK  library V4+, PT can't decrunch files which are not in XPKF format.
PT gives a message "XPK-PACKER RETURNED AN ERROR CODE!".  The reason was in
missing  of two XPK TAGS in taglist for unpacking.  Tag XPK_Preferences set
to  FALSE  to not using preferences and tag XPK_UseXfdMaster set to TRUE to
use  Xfdmaster.library for unpack non XPKF files.  So I added these tags to
taglist  in  PT3.62  and  it  seems  to work fine now.

I  made  this  small  repair  because  of  a lot of modules was crunched by
PowerPacker or another packers and was not recrunhced by XPK system.
