 The Program
 -----------
 UserSpeech is just a simple door for MAXsBBS (have just tested it on
 version 1.52), where the Sysop will be informed by a voice when
 a user has logged in, and who it is.
 If the user is a CoSysop (i.e access 5000) the voice will inform you 
 about that too!
 I have also inserted the function that if Sysop (you) login, the door
 won't start talking...I think it's quite annoying to be informed of 
 something I already know :-)
