If you have modified your standard-pictures in MUI: then unpack them first to another directory and just copy those to your images that you did not own yet. Have a look at my RO.prefs file with an editor of your choice which supports visible ESCape-Codes to see how the pictures in RO are realized. The little Guide contained within the archive is in German only, sorry. But this should not be the problem, here. Try it even though! I've included a picture of the results and some other stuff.
