DESCRIPTION

This is a little replacement for the original say 37.4 (15.04.91) command.
Its main advantage  is, that now German-Umlauts (äöüß) are beeing read, too.
That was the main reason for writing it. The documentation is in german only,
but the program isn't difficult to use anyway.
