PURPOSE: ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ I needed a program that could open several libraries and prevent them from ever being flushed out from the memory. I also wanted a program that could show in which memory block the library was located and optionally force libraries to be loaded to a certain memory block. I used the old ARP LoadLib but that program could only load one library at a time and had no other features. I had a look at Aminet and found a few similar programs which in combination with a few other programs made roughly what I wanted, but I needed/wanted one program to do it all.
