You can add the line C:NewAllocMem to your startup-sequence, or user-startup. USAGE: ----- C:NewAllocMem That should do the magic. WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT IT: ----------------------- - NewAllocMem is full AllocMem() replacement - Doesn't call Allocate() or AllocAbs() anymore - Flush should work for the first time (no need for "magic" like in AllocP) - Fast memory clearing routine is used to clear big blocks of memory - Obvious optimisations made...(should be faster than the original) REASONS FOR THIS RELEASE: ------------------------ - I was getting tired of all those partial replacements that were wasting CPU time. - AllocP 1.x ( C coded version) yuck! - Getting publicity for upcoming OS-patcher made by me with cooperation with: - Dave Jones - Iain Barclay - Jess Sosnoski - Hmm...
