A useful program for converting RGB numerical values to their Hexadecimal equivelants and
outputting the result as an HTML tag of your choice. You can copy the tag into your favourite
text editor ar web page editor.

**BUG  FIX**

Numbers greater than 106 were reported to be too large, this has been corrected -
valid range is 0 to 255, as it should be.
