With this program you can receive uucp-mail-batches uncompressed or
compressed with compress or gzip.

To send out batched mail, download hte smtp-package - unfortunately, the
rsmtp (and rcsmtp) of that package doesn't work.

You need gzip (aminet:util/pack) (an "uncompress" renamed or copied to gzip
might work, too), and I recommend to ask your provider to compress the
batches with gzip, as it compresses the best.

I use my computer for receiving mail only, so working as a server (spooling
incoming mail for other users) is untested with rcsmtp.
