A phone dialer, that should (hopefully ;) work with any modem
Can also transfer the call to a handset, and written entirely in
Blitz/Assembly.

Due to unforseen circumstances, PDial v2.5 was completely unusable on any
other system, except for my own.  This version should be correct and have no
errors, however, if there is any I am in no way inviting you to come round
and knock me about.
