Use FastTTF instead of TTFDatamake for Marc Bouza's Top 20 file door TTF V1.6

FastTTF generates a top 20 data file for each file section and a top 20 data
file for all file sections, and it only takes seconds. The data files for
each section are named Sec#.data where # is the section number. The data file
for all file sections is named TTF.data
You can exclude any number of sections from TTF.data by specifying a range of
section numbers to exclude in the format (#,#-#) eg:
