 68020 version, V1.0

 This is a reworked and recompiled version of an uuencode/uudecode
 program I once found on an old Fish (AmigaLib) disk. Can't remember,
 which one it was, but it had been part of a UUCP package.

 Since, back in 1994, I could not find an other compiled version anywhere,
 I had to build my own. Because I'm using this tool occasionally, an
 (optimized) update did seem to be useful, so I made a more
 amiga-specific version with SAS/C 6.58 which - as a side-effect -
 should be somewhat faster.

 Maybe these two programs can be useful for someone else, too.
 That's why I'm doing an Aminet upload. Big deal ;)
