This Editor allows to edit all Users without using the internal User-Editor.
It is based on MUI V3.6, is localized (german/english) and has all features
the internal User-Editor of FAME has, additional Features like advanced
Searching are also integrated. This Program is FreeWare

V1.21 supports now 64-Bit Up-/Downloads, if you have the new FAME V1.30 
installed, you HAVE to upgrade the User-Editor, too or problems may
occure!
