About:        RGB>>HEX is a simple, easy to use GUI for obtaining
		    HEX numbers (for your html doc. etc) from RGB numbers.
		    
		    The GUI uses three sliders and a paint box for you to see 
		    the color. RGB>>HEX will then display the HEX number. This
		    process is exactly the same way you would use in a paint 
		    program.
