MPEG video datatype, which is able to play mpeg 1 video streams.
animation.datatype subclass.

Version V1.8

Features are:
- Progress requester (e.g. gauge) with "time-to-go" info

- Now support palette-per-frames (each frame can have an independend
  palette). Custom players like DBufDTAnim V1.2 (included) or animation.datatype
  V41 are able to handle this !

- Support saving (e.g includes a fully-working mpeg-1 encoder).

- Multi-line, multiproject prefs file

- Now contains special compiled versions for
  mc68000 using IEEE shared library,
  mc68020 using IEEE shared library,
  mc68020 with 68881 (FPU),
  mc68040 with 68881 emulation,
  mc68060 with 68881 emulation,

- Matches the "DataTypes" proposal.

- Supports virtual memory with Martin Apel's vmm.library
  (Now no limit of frames to load...)

- Realtime playing on a plane A1200

- Grayscale output

- Color output (low quality (speed), medium (ordered dither)
  or palette-per-frame output (high-quality color)

- Various options:
  - abort on low memory
  - including frame skipping (by number and/or by type (B, P))
  - load limit (maximum frame to load)
  - dithering mode (GRAY, COLOR, ORDERED; COLOR and ORDERED output can
    create own palettes for each frame (palette-per-frame))
  - display mode
  - playback speed
  - color range (YCrCb space) and color resolution
  - load buffer size
    ... (see docs for a complete list of options)
  - dynamic load abort (using CTRL-D) or Progress requester's close gadget
  - VERBOSE mode (processing output to CON: window)
