Patch that enables japanese text to be shown by ANY program, supports
EUC-JP,Shift-JIS,Old-JIS,New-JIS and Nec-JIS encoding.
Automtatically detects EUC and Shift-JIS encoding (like Netscape)

BUGFIX!!!
OLD-JIS, NEW-JIS and NEC-JIS now works as it sould, used to print a 'J' at the 
end of JIS-string before, doesn't anymore
The Auto-detection of Shift-JIS is more safe now.
