	* Removed Holiday feature - it seems the popular conception that BT
	  charge weekend rates on a bank holiday are wrong.  Oops, sorry :/
	* Fixed Crashlog routine (well it's only right seeing as I broke
	  it!)
        * New 'BARLENGTH' tooltype gets round one small problem of no font
	  sensitivy (Kludges 'R' Us)

	* Reduced CPU load
	* New 'NetSpeak' plugin
	* Minor bugfixes

What's new for 1.8
	* Added Arexx control - woohoo, at last!!
	* Now possible to have 5 time bands
	* Can now quit with Ctrl-C from CLI
	* Analyser now writes a summary file
	* Optional Bank Holiday setting for W/E charges on a weekday
