This tool converts RAW,IFF,VOC,WAVE,AIFF,AIFC,MAUD and Maestro samples
into each other format. Additionally, some effects are available to
e.g. optimize the sample or amplify it to maximum volume.

  - handles up to 16 bit stereo samples
  - supports Virtual Memory (except of the player. Yet! ;)
