ProWarnung is a multi-purpose "warning tool" for the Prometheus Mailbox
System (PMBS). It informs the sysop and/ or users about certain
conditions by sending them personal mails.

(Note that ProWarnung is a MUI application now)

The following functions are included so far:

* [NEW] No-traffic warning

  Informs sysops in which (net)boards no new mails have been written /
  sorted into since a specified number of days, this helps to find out
  "dead" boards/nets easily

* Crunch warning

  Informs sysop which users are next to be deleted due to inactivity
  (e.g. set the 'day' parameter to 180 and ProWarnung informs you which
  users haven't called for at least 180 days.

* Visiting-card warning

  Informs sysop which users haven't entered a PMBS visiting-card so
  far. The users may be sent a freely editable mail to ask them to
  enter a visiting-card

* Hacker warning

  scans the 'hacker.prt' protocol and sends listed users a warning
  that somebody tried to login with their account name but have entered
  a wrong password

Since PMBS is a German program, this program, it's documentation and
it's generated output is German only as well.
