GlobalDupe is a duplicate checker that will check if the file uploaded exists
any other places on your board allready.

If you have got a board with many confs you have probably been pissed off many 
times because of files beeing uploaded in different conferences. This nice 
dupechecker fixes this problem. It will check in all your conferences if a file 
exists. If it does exists the file will be deleted and the desc is moved to the 
HOLD directory and the user will not be rewarded with any bytes for his upload.
  
It is now also possible to check for duplicates BEFORE uploading using 
'GD filname'
