Quick description:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    xpkCYB1.library/StartCybPatch installed a patch on the xpkmaster.library
packing function,so that anything crunched with the "xpkCYB1" sublibrary 
was automatically & transparently crunched with the most adapted packer.

    This had a (very small) limitation,it worked "only" with progs
accessing the packing methods from xpkmaster.library (99% of programs).
A great program like XFH is NOT among these,so CYB1 couldn't be used with it.
So I had to create CYB2 that does the same kind of job of CYB1,but at the
chunk level.

    With this,now *ALL* programs accessing xpk will do smart packing!
Imagine a mega-improved XFH crunching intelligently all the files??? Yes Sir!
Just select CYB2 as packer for your partitions & enjoy the show!

    CYB2 uses the same resources as CYB1,but there's a fundamental difference:
as it's a REAL xpk-sublib (not a patch),the files will be recognized as
crunched with CYB2,and you'll need CYB2 to decrunch (*AND* of course the
'normal' xpk-sublibs that were used to pack the chunks).The only moment
when you'll have to think of this is if you want to transfer files to other
people that's all.(they'll need to install the datamaster/CYB packages)

    Everything else can (must ;-) be found in the CYB package.
